Telkom business line down 6 days and no feedback

After moving premises we were quite impressed when Telkom moved our line on the date specified, however this impression was short lived. Our Telkom phone and ADSL line worked exactly for one day (12 Hours) after which we have repeatedly reported the problem, requested feedback and all we are told is that there is a fault on the line (as if we did not realise & and report the problem!) As we are a service related business we are experiencing problems with our customers who are unable to contact us and we are unable to run our business and fear if this continues, we will start losing our current customers. Nobody wants to take responsibility for the problem or even speak to us about the problem. We are just told that the problem is with their Technical Division, it is an open fault (whatever this is supposed to mean???)and that they can not give out the person responsible's name or contact detail and that the problem has been escalated, but in spite of this nothing happens! We spoke to Mark Odendal yesterday who promised to look into the matter and give us feedback, but still are awaiting feedback. M Yates
