Dead Tablet Run Around

In septembe last year (2013), i updated a contract which included taking a nexus 7 tablet. this year january 2014 the tablet stopped turning on even when fully charged so i returned it to vodacom - this is barely 4 months into a 24month contract. i was told by vodacom to deal direct with a third party, HP i think it is. this is where i have a fundamental disconnect with vodacom. why should i deal direct with a third pary when i took a contract with them? it is so early in the contract and the warranties are still in place, why a run around? on top of that i have been a vodacom customer since 1999 with four contracts and they wont be bothered to stretch for one of their long term loyal customers! in fact the manager at customer care in vodaworld told me through her technician that she is too busy to come talk to me about the matter while i was waiting at the counter!! if i dont get this matter attended to by vodacom in the next 3 working days, i am cancelling all 4 contracts and taking the business they have had for the last 15years elsewhere. i will fight their high cancellation fees through my lawyers if need be.
