I have had trouble with virgin mobile ever since i ported over.
1st they do not offer a per second billing, so the airtime they offer you goes to waste.
When you call the callcentre, waiting time to get a response is - 15minutes, only to be transferred to someone else and wait longer.
I drove all the way to the Pavillion to get an ITC number from the store, i was told to fill out a form and i will get an ITC number within 48 hours. After the wait, i have been told by the headoffice that the PAvillion branch did not send my form. I can not open a case of at the Police without an ITC number.
