I regret the day I stepped in 8ta store, little did I know that I was inviting nightmares in my life. Firstly the Pavillion branch messed up few times with the opening of the contract which resulted me being in their store almost everyday. I had no phone due to my line not being available as it took almost 3 working days for the number to be ported to 8ta network which is the information I was not told about. The number was ported from vodacom. Few days later after being up and running with the number I have experienced problems with network coverage and immediately I requested with 8ta to port my number to their prepaid network so that i can port it back to network supplier with more coverage and issue new 8ta number to be allocated to the contract but was never done till today. I explained so many times that the number was for business purposes and my customers were battling to get hold of me. I recently changed bank and the bank was unable to do the switch with 8ta and I had to go to store direct which I did, supplied them with banking statement but they captured the number incorrectly and failed to advise billing to debit the account further. i have incurred return debit costs
