Uncapped account throttled

I Received and email on 27 January stating that our Internet account will be throttled because we do not comply to Mweb Fair Use Policy. We were using too much cap on a "UNCAPPED" account. Usage patterns were changed on 27 Jan but on 5 Feb the account was still throttled. Called the call centre who explained the look at the usage over a month period and that we should upgrade to a larger account or wait till our monthly usage is again within "acceptable" norms before the throttle will be removed.

Uncapped??? Not what I understand with uncapped

Even changing our usage which is clearly visible on Mweb reports, they still throttle the account

This seems to be marketing trick to sell faster "UNCAPPED" accounts, accounts that will also not be UNCAPPED
