Vodacom has been deducting too much off my account for the last 4 months and when I call to rectify the problem I keep getting transferred to the wrong department. After my 5th attempt at calling back and explaining my story to more than 6 people the call got cut yet again. This is absolutely disgusting service and I would like a resolution as soon as possible without having to call back 6 times.
