Calling the Call Centre for assistance is an absolute joke. Service is dusgusting! No accountability, no ethics, no service. After 3 hours on the phone I was able to get hold of a teamleader (Angeline Nkosi) who PROMISED to call me back with a resolution to the Vodacom problem (false advertising - and I have the proof) - one of the problems. It is more than a week (oh by the way they say they will call you back ha ha ha ha ha I have had to call back on every occassion) and she or any other person has not called me back till now. This morning I call back to get an answer and they want to insist that I tell my story again. They refuse to let me speak to another Team leader as they are!!! Heaven knows who we are supposed to speak to when we are getting nowhere with the incompetent staff they employ. No Manager is allowed to be spoken to - have you ever heard of such BS. What the are the managers for? And where is the customer service that they "supposedly" have??? If you know what is good for you, rather go to a better service provider. Hopefully some BORED manager at Vodacom will take the time to read and respond
