After calling Vodacom on 082111 / 0821946 and 0821940 more than 8 time today, I have been transferred from the one department to the other. All I want to know from Vodacom, is how they calculated a billing they deducted off my Bank account for the month of August. Nobody seems to know anything! All I get the entire day, is that they have to transfer me to another department! If you people don't know, how did you get to the amount you deducted from my bank account? When asked to speak to a manager, I have been told the they will also not be able to assist me. WFT?? worst service ever!! Can somebody (Management) from Vodacom call me to rectify your poor service???
