I phoned on Friday 01/02/2013 to report our business line not working, whereby no fault was logged (how convenient) i phoned again on monday to report it whereby consultant helped me, yesterday 05/02/2012 i phoned to follow up and the fault logged wasnt completed. Now today i followed up with this ridiculous consultant who can barely speak english, telling me she is sending it to the technician bla bla bla... now as a previous telkom employee i know tyhe excuses the people sometimes use - so i asked to speak to her manager or supervisor and she refused to put me through to one whereby she puts me back in the que... I personally think that was pathetic!!! But yet again didnt solve my problem, so i spoke to a kind gentlemen just hoping he will help... Explained to him we are loosing thousands of rand in business everyday due to our line not working. Can someone please help telkoms customer service to improve and also the general business.
