Vodacom
A year down the line and still no resolution!!!

I have been fighting with Vodacom for over a year!!! I cancelled my 082 855 2925 number only to continue being billed for it! Then when I refused to pay my other account as money was owed to me they cut my line and removed it from the system leaving loss of business and damages to me as the number was in print and on 3000 business cards!!! Now I am listed on the ITC by Vodacom!!! No one resolves the situation, hours of recorded phone calls, reference numbers and screen grabs yet no resolution to the problem!!! Disgusting service, disgusting business ethics and disgusting how no one EVER gets back to me!!!
