KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIS IS MY THIRD COMPLAINT TO TELKOM, THE COMPANY THAT KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
IT HAS BEEN A WEEK NOW SINCE THE INSTALLTION OF THE MODEM AND I HAVE TRIED 4 TIMES GETTING THE MODEM CONFIGURED AND UP AND RUNNING. THE FIRST 3 TIMES I CALLE DTHE CALL CENTRE I HELD ON FOR 100 YEARS AND NO ONE ANSWERED PLUS I LOST ALL MY AIRTIME.
THE FOURTH TIME THE CONSULTANT AT THE CALL CENTRE ADVISED ME THAT SHE CANNOT FIND MY DETAILS ANYWHERE ON THE SYSTEM PLUS THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT LEAVE THE TELEPHONE NUMBER. THIS IS NOW THE LAST STRAW. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS POOR SERVICE AND ITS CLEAR TO ME THAT TELKOM DOES NOT VALUE THE BUSINESS OF CUSTOMERS. I THINK ITS BETTER IF YOU SEND SOMEONE TO COLLECT THE DEVICE AND DISCOUNTINUE THE SERVICE. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT CHARGING ME BECAUSE I DID NOT MAKE USE OF ANYTHING. THE MODEM IS SITTING AT HOME AND ACCUMULATING DUST.
