I had a problem with my modem/router not "talking to" my computer.

I phoned Telkom just after 7 a.m. Lady who assisted me told me that my modem needed to be replaced.

A little later I decided to phone Telkom again and see if someone else wouldn't give me better advice. Lopie at Telkom answered my call. (Reference number for this call is 554951009). Lopie spent about two hours on the telephone with me, helping me to sort out my problem. Nothing wrong with my modem - it's just that somehow it and my computer needed to talk to each other properly.
