Manager refused to give me a cancellation lette

After the manager of Morkels-Kenako mall delivered me damaged goods from 12/12/2013-23/12/2013 i had to go to the store more than 5times to remind him to collect his damaged wall unit, he refused to give me a cancellation letter, even after the damaged was taken still my account was active and i had to phone morkels headoffice and cancell the account, i dont appreciate the manner i was treated by morkels, to date i have recieved no feedback on my complaint, no apology from either the manager of kenako mall or their head office. i give that morkels n kenako mall 2months before it closes for good, that manager does not know how to treat customers or care about keeping customers happy, hes got a stinking attitude and thinks that store belongs to him, no customers wants to be taken for granted and treated like that, we are the ones who are paying their salaries and disrespecting the customers is a very big mistake, i for one will never buy anyyhing at kenako mall until that manager is removed, he must be sent to a proper customer care training where he must learn how to speak and treat customers, take responsibility for his actions, apologise and do damage contoll
