Hi Vodacom, firstly thank you for resolving my issue of fradulant upgrade last year. But seems my problems never ends with my account and getting respond from vodacom. My account was debited with R4696.06 on 27 January 2014. None of the consultant knows why and I have submitted proof of my contract that I did on the Dec for a smart S contract that should be deducting R389.00pm. The money deducted shows that the contract is on a weekender plan but vodacon does not offer the plan anymore. I wanted money to be reversed to my account and do the correct billing. R4696.06 is very inconveniencing to go out of the pocket.
