Mails are taking an exorbitant length of time from when they were sent, until they land in my inbox. Delays of up to 24 hours have been noticed. I was hoping the issue would resolve itself - no amount of rebooting my laptop or router had any effect, but more than a week later, the problem persists.

Having had previous bad experiences with Mweb's desire to resolve problems, I reluctantly call them today. These delays are severely hampering my ability to do my job.

I get through to a gentleman by the name of Isadore. He confirms that the problem would need to be escalated to a technical expert. BUT their technical team is experiencing a large backlog of queries at the moment and the earliest my problem would receive any attention, is on 6 Feb - a full 2 days later!!!

So, clearly, Mweb are so incompetent at providing any service. Customers have to deal with delays upon delays because problems are being escalated to staff who cannot cope with the amount of escalated queries.

What a worthless bunch!!
