Cell C misleading sales people, terrible service

Absolutely disgusted by Cell C's customer service. I upgraded via the call centre and specifically asked about my existing free minutes (8.5 hours). Was told it will carry over. It did not. I have been calling and logging tickets since December and still no-one has managed to get back to me. I have been put through to countless departments, each one taking their time and eventually claiming they need to put me through to someone else.
They say they will listen to the recording and give me the free minutes if I was told that it will carry over, but they never do. Call centre agents and managers make lots of promises of following up, but never do.
They say a ticket will be handled in 24-48 hours, but we are past that number in days!
