Have had great service from Mweb Guy and the support people at Technical, Sales and Accounts since joining them. Customer service has been excellent with no delays to speak of. Recently we have had down time on account of Seacom, Seacom leaving many mweb customers frustrated, sarky and fed up. Mweb indicated the problem would probably be sorted out within 24 hours. It has turned out to be a bigger problem which apparently will take longer to sort out. Thanks for the updates regarding the Seacom issues. Trusting all will be back to normal soon.
