Data Overcharge, delayed response & bad service!!

Hi,

Last December I loaded two one day data bundles, I was not informed either on the voucher or via sms that I needed to take any further action to use it. I was then billed R940 extra as I was informed later the bundles were not active. I logged the query on the 31st December (ref:7513112, 7536974), since then I have spoken to about 20 different people and have about 10 different ref numbers. At one point two weeks after logging the original query I was told that the supervisor that it had been forwarded to has been on leave! I Sent through all the relevant documents that were asked of me, (at one point I was asked on about 3 different occasions for the same information) I have called the call centre, left numerous emails, some were just ignored for a week at a time. Then I was informed on the 17th January it had been logged (AGAIN) (ref:108244715) and will take another 15 days. Today I get told that it will take longer as there is a huge back log in the billing department. Its been over a month and still no resolution. My account has been debited and still no answer. After 10 years of being a MTN customer I am disappointed to say the least.
