I logged a query on the 29th of November 2013. I wanted to know how it was possible to use 500Mb in 2.5 days. The call centre agent sent the query through to IT stating that I wanted to know why the full amount of data had not been loaded. I was promised feedback via either a call or email within 24 hrs - it is now 5 days later and still nothing. When I called in today to try and get a response, I was informed that the wrong information had been submitted in the original query. I also wanted to know the name of the agent who passed the wrong information on as I wanted to take it further - I was put on hold after being told that the agent I was speaking to could provide me with the information. I still do not have an answer as to how so much data was used.

At the same time I asked why my line had been suspended when I had not received an invoice from them. I have been asking for years - and I do mean years - for my monthly invoice to be emailed to me. I still have to phone in every month and request it.

I am generally dissatisfied with the service I have received from this company even though I have been a loyal customer for many years.
