On the 30/11/2013, I took a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Contract with Telkom in Vincent Park. Their Agent told me that I would be billed pro-rata on the R299 for November. When the December bill came out, it indicated that I will have to pay R200 for the device for November pro-rated data bundles. They NOW say the contract is billed as R99 - data bundles (on pro-rata on the first month) and R200 - device (CANNOT be on pro-rata basis). I enquired about it and they logged a complaint for me. I called days later and they said a complaint had already been logged for me stating that I just didn't understand how the pro-rata works. Telkom HAS GREATLY FAILED me by not giving me the full info, staff logging in wrong complaints on my behalf, having to call them and driving to the branch just to be told that I should have asked how the pro-rata works:- which I DID ask a couple of times and the agent kept on saying that she's sure I'd be billed a very small amount. Worst part is: they say November was my 1st month and now I'm on my 2nd month. The November data bundles were also on pro-rata, meaning I only used them for about 2hrs and they were finished and for that I'll have to pay an extra R200?
