No feedback regarding a refund!

I had changed my payment method last year some time, however, after making payment on the 30th of January 2014, my account was debited. I had called the customer service, and stated what had happened, since i did not want a credit, but a refund, i was told that a query had to be escalated and i will receive feedback within 48 hours. After receiving no feedback, i called in on the 3rd of February 2014 regarding this matter and was told that i should expect a call later on the day, but i am still awaiting feedback on the matter. May i please be refunded for what was taken off my account. I had changed my payment method to whereby i make a deposit to cell c and i have never defaulted, so please do not debit my account again as you'll are not authorised to do so since i changed it!
