I placed a complaint on Hellopeter on the 13th of January 2014, i only received a call on the 20th of January 2014 from Jerry regarding my query whom stated that he will be handling the matter and i will get feedback within 48 hours. Today is the 28th of January and i am still awaiting feedback regarding this matter.

I am now paying for a phone which i have not been able to use since November 2013, is that fair?

Why do you'll promise to rectify matters, yet are incompetent to do so?
