When I called your offices, general inquiries, they said I should send an email, detailing my complaint and you will get back to me in 24 - 48 hours.

Well I really would like a response in a few minutes from the time I send this email.

Last week your consultants called me requesting I do an upgrade. On Friday last week I finally agreed, and the consultant indicated that I would receive a phone via delivery on Monday this week.

I did explain that I only work until 15:00 in the afternoon. I then called Vodacom yesterday to enquire where the phone was and what time will it be delivered, No one could assist, and I was transferred to 6 different consultants, and I have to go through that stupid voice prompts all the time. I finally got through to a consultant that informed me that the phone will be delivered on Tuesday instead. I explained that I cancelled my client meetings due to sitting and waiting in the office for Vodacom, as this was the promise made to me.

Today is now Tuesday, and I am leaving the office at 14:00, and would like to know when the phone will be delivered. Again, 5 consultants later, I have been informed that the phone could be delivered anytime today.
