Well needless to say that to date I have made several more calls regarding this issue and yet nobody has come back to me. The network has become worse since. Only empty promises.
I have also escalated this to the CEO Mr Shameel Joosub as well as a open letter to ICASA and let's see how they will handles this. My reference number to this case is PC-ZHAK-2PCF3A
