After promises you still got it wrong!

Last year in September I was due for an upgrade, a consultant phoned me and quoted me the price for the ugrade I wanted to do. Ever since the upgrade, I have been paying in excess of the price quoted to me. I queried it the first month (as I paid nearly double the amount) and was told that it was upgrade fees and blah blah blah. And since then I have been querying the overcharged amounts just to receive responses that makes no sense. Last week after 3 months of being overcharged Zulfa from MTN Key Accounts e-mailed me to confirm that mistake was made and that they were overcharging me and that I could expect a refund, but of course no refund was done. She promised me that the debit order this month has been corrected but still they are overcharinging me. I have lost all patience now with MTN. Their service sucked since the day I starting using them... I wish I had never cancelled my Cell C contract to move to MTN, because MTN knows little about client service!!
