More empty promises by MTN

On 28 October 2013 I posted a complaint on this website about a account query that has not been resolved. On 31 October 2013 MTN responded with reference number REQ2852399 supplied, assuring me that they are giving this matter their urgent attention and that I am a most valued client blah blah blah.

In essence, all I wanted to achieve was a face to face meeting with someone in the accounts department to discuss a very surprising cell phone bill of R10 000. It is now nearly a month later and I still have not received any concrete feedback from MTN regarding my request. What I find most disturbing, is the fact that its necessary to use a platform such as this to communicate or get a response from them! Completely unacceptable.

I will henceforth be cancelling my contract with MTN at the first available opportunity.
