BAD SERVICE AND GIVING 3 ACCOUNTS

We signed up with Multi Choice more or less 5 year ago. Started with the smallest of package off course and upgraded as we can afford it.

To date we have 3 accounts with them and to date nothing is getting resolves dealing with 10 different consultants and not one giving me an solution. We are in credit with them and then today they take money of my husbands account.

But wait there is more when I called them to upgrade they told me we don't have an debit order. WHAT??? I had to email them proof that they are taking money of my husbands account. Ma'am when did you sign up for it ma'am we don't have any records, blah, blah, blah.

We done that when that competition was running sign up for debit order and you stand a chance to win, yeah right my chance went out the window as apparently they have no record of us signing up although they called my husband to confirm his banking details.

DO I NEED TO SAY MORE???

Not impress it is a pity that there isn't another service provider.
