Cheque deposit - really?

5 call references - 2 months of discomfort. all this to cancel a service (which was cancelled - yay!) but no refund to date... because multichoice dont work on holidays!

pathetic, uninformed,! no means of escalation - no telephone etiquette - no direction - lack of sense of urgency.

typical response to this will be - Dear Joe - we're sorry fro the inconvenience - you can reach us on blah blah blah...

what a waste of my time, energy and airtime!
