Telkom Service is disgusting and unacceptable

2 phone numbers at our house are both dead for almost 2 weeks now. 0119744216 with reference:88crz270114 and 0119744861 with reference 91crz270114. we have logged the fault 2ce online, as the first time your website had issues. we called 20 times in order to find out status as there was no status nor did we hear anything from you: we got no phone call no communication from telkom which from a company the size of yours is disgusting service. on the 20th call after waiting 30 minutes on each call and then getting cut off i eventually spoke to someone who told me that they would get back to me (this was last week Thursday)..WE ARE STILL WAITING. DO NOT EXPECT ANY PAYMENT FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY... as your service and is unprofessional! SORT OUT YOUR CLIENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT.YOU NEED TO BE MORE HANDS ON. eg. keep your clients posted at least every 24 hours... send a mail/sms/phone call... ANY COMMUNICATION.stop expecting your client to follow up on you because you guys are useless! IS IT REALLY OK TO CUT PEOPLE OFF THEIR TELKOM SERVICE FOR NO PAYMENT BUT WHEN YOU DO NOT DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISE ITS OK FOR US TO ACCEPT YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICE? SORT OUT YOUR CLIENT SERVICES PROCEDURES
