I am now definitely considering changing to another network. I posted on this site last month about Cell C charging me for a blackberry which I did not have. I duly had the problem sorted, and am getting a small credit thi month. I could not believe my eyes when I got 3 text messages just now, saying Thank You! We will be billing you R37 for Blackberry social service etc. etc. etc. And we have loaded 1g data blah blah blah. What does one have to do to get a company to do their accounts properly!
