Vodacom 3G deal for UNISA students is a nightmare

Vodacom's 3G Deal (6 month 3G bundle) is a nightmare, Paid R600 for the 3G Deal more than a weeks ago under the promise that it will be provisioned in just under 24 hours and still not loaded after almost two weeks and still counting.
Called the Call Centre (CC), and to my dismay the CC agents did not have the product knowledge about the 3G deal, to provide good service.
I was then told that the product (3G Data bundle) was not activated due to a technical fault, which would be resolve in less than 48 hours.
i demanded to raise a track this via a service request A1-SBQQ-R0E1JW.
I phone 12 hours later, the CC supervisor that she will call me back, and did not phone as promised.
60 hours later i phoned the CC again to query my service request (A1-SBQQ-R0E1JW) upon which i found that I was expected to fax proof of payment (which was contrary to the 24 Hours terms and conditions of the 3G Deal contract term and conditions, also no notification of this response.
however i did fax the proof last week Thursday (30 January 2014) and when i phoned late today to get an updated on my service request, to my disappointment the service request was already closed, while i
