Subscribed to a Mygig1 on 17/11/2012. Up to 5 Jan 2013 I had no service even though money was deducted from my acc. On 2 Jan requested a credit and to sort out acc. On 5 Jan my acc was loaded with 1, 92G of data. I phoned on 5th to request finacial credit and not surplus data. I had to buy data in Dec and do not need 2gigs in Jan. I was promised 24 hour response needless to say it never happened. Since I have phoned, went to Voda world customer care and spent 3 hours only to no avail. I don't think they have any more ref numbers because they have all been given to me. When phoning with ref number, I have been told that these do not appear on the system. Whats the point of a ref. Phoned on 10 Jan, received sms to confirm request. Phoned on 14 Jan to follow up, still no answers on request. Again promised an answer within 24 hours.
Out of options, please, anybody with advice please let me know what to do. If any senior managers at Vodacom see this, please contact me and help.
