Not being allowed to buy data with my airtime

I contacted mtn call centre today 04 February 2014, spoke to two agents, the first having no telephone etiquette at all, the second asks me to hold while she checks the information but doesn`t put the call on hold, leaves me to hold the line without coming back, comes back 5 minutes later and she has turned into a man!!! firsty, I`m paying for this contract, R608.00p/mnth to be exact, I get R350.00 worth of airtime, 50 sms` and 150MB of data. I do not not use my sms` if I do I probably use 10 for the maximum, the other 40 I forfeit, it doesn`t get carried over, then they give me a lousy 150MB of data that doesn`t allow you a lot of internet time, I`m sure previously this was more, why they decreased it to 150MB, is anyone`s guess, I ask to be put thru to the cancelation department to cancel my contract to rather port to another network and this "guy" puts me thru to a line where the most hideous background music is playing and I`m left there without an answer for over 25 minutes. MTN, you are pathetic, your service and you can keep your 150MB of data for all I care and I`ll throwv in the sms` for free. please have a manager call me from your cancelation department to resolve
