R1523.03 for an hour on you yube?

I am so disgusted with Vodacom at the moment! I have a 3G contract, 1gig for R99 per month. On 31 Jan 2013 I had 100 odd MB and 100 odd MB carry over left. My son went onto You tube and viewed videos on line for just over an hour. When I logged on 01 Feb I received an sms stating that I have exceeded 50% of my R2500 limit. I called 082111 at 09:40, call answered at about 10:25 and ended 10:32. I spoke to Mishka who confirmed that I cannot use more than a gig and will never pay more than R99. Today 02 Feb, I viewed my online bill and was shocked to see that I currently owe R1523.03 on the 3G contract alone. I phoned 082111 again, call ended 10:52 and now am told that I do infact owe that amount. How on earth can you justify charging your clients that amount of money especially when it was confirmed that I cannot use more than a gig. The internet will disconect and thats that. Now they want me to go back to the store that signed up the contract to sort it out. Why? Do what was confirmed by Mishka. Once the gig is finished, its finished. I want the amount reversed. After so many years, having 4 contracts with Vodacom, I am so disapointed with this service!
