Bill too high with no proper explanation

I received my bill for Dec-Jan. and it was almost 3 times my usual amount. I then called the call center and was told that I will be sent a break down of my internet usage. I received a mail from Lehlohonolo Moqechane with an attachment of what websites i have been to. However there is no indication of what the data usage is. I responded to his email and again I was sent the same email.

This has been now going on for almost a week and a half and still no proper answer from MTN. How can my bill be almost 3 times what i normally pay and when i ask for an explanation nothing?

I have been with MTN for over a decade and if this is how the choose to do business I think its time I take my business else where.
