Bill my accound rediculously and cant give proof

I had a incident where I received a Bill for R700 and Queried it as I hardly use my tablet and the simcard is most of the time not even n the tablet so cant download or update additional stuff. I never went over my usual 2Gb a month data. Then Mtn blocked my account for a month and account were not in use. Then all of a sudden the next month i receive a bill for R2000 which cant be possible. They've send me a email regarding the usage of the data and there is websites that I don't even know and they cant tell me where the data has been used. It is unacceptable for me to pay R2000 fo a month that i did not even use. Please can they sort it out.
