Vodacom has breach my trust and faith

I have been a loyal customer to vodacom for the 10 year and sad to say that while everyone enjoying Valentine I learnt that I have a data usage bill of R16000. Thank you vodacom for putting me in such turmoil. I took my contract with the chatsworth branch who did not inform me about the data usage being R2pmin and that their is something call a automatic updating as my 3g is on all the time. The package i am on, is not favourable, as it is a standard business package, my business bill per month is around R1800 which i have enquired about at the chatsworth branch numerous times. yesterday I received an sms stating that my data usuage is extremely high in the range of R6000 so i went to the Bluff, the friendly staff was shock like me that today my data usuage bill is R16 000. I put my trust in vodacom, you have infringe so many of my rights. I am appauled I need this to be reversed or else you will be losing a very good customer.
