Eing billed for a service that I never received

I took up a contract offer with MTN and due to the device not being compatible with MTN network it was returned without ever being used within one week of it being recieved in all original packaging etc. Even though the device was returned without being used MTN has still being debiting me for this. I have recieved mails telling me that this will be resolved from, Luciano Notrem, Sthembiso Yende, Themba Ncube, Mongezi Shabalala, Wenzile Masina and Farzanah all telling me that this has been escalated and that ir will be dealt with but I keep getting debited. This is totally unacceptable this is totally pathetic. I noy treat my dog like this let alone another person. The short version: Mtn dont give a F@#& they taking my hard earned money whether i like it or not. Maybe I should go around smashing MTN shop windows .the account reference im being billed for is A4740495, im sure nothing will be done about this as usual Mtn
