Mtn dont seem to care

For the past 2 months i have been billed by MTN for a device that was returned to them and contract that was terminated due it not being compatible on MTN's network. After numerous phone calls and emails as well as hello peter complaints still nothing has been done. Wenzile Masina posted a response to my hello peter post saying that this has been escalated and feed back will be given and this never materialised. It seems mtn has no problem taking your money even though they are not comissioned to do so. Where i come from this is called. I think i should open a case of against MTN and take the matter to court as i do have proof that the device was returned, and that they have unlawfully been taking money from me. What a complete waste of time MTN is. I have never ever experienced such aweful service as they have shown me. I am in the service industry myself and if i were to treat one of my hotel guests as such im sure i would be fired.
