What a joke is the MTN customer care centre.
I am trying since 7 o'clock to get hold of a customer service agent to answer my call on the 808 number. I already send 5 emails to the customer service email address [Email Removed] Did receive a reference number "7682184" with no help or call to this moment. I do not know how they can say that they got a customer care centre. I am now trying for 4 Hours to speak to an agent.
