This is the 3rd or fourth time I've needed to resort to Hellopeter to get a query resolved with Telkom. Apart from numerous issues with moving my line and with the call center Telkom have now also messed up my billing. My line was moved last year (after a very long struggle and being blatantly to on several occasions by their employees) and i am now only told that they then charged me a new pro rata amount which caused me to get a bill of over R900 (which no one bothered to tell me about on any of my numerous calls), my debit order is capped at R700 so they only charged that amount and then had the audacity to charge me interest on the remaining amount (no one even called to say there was an amount outstanding). apart from this i now find out that the subs they quoted me also excludes VAT after i specifically asked the call center if the R520 they re quoting me is what my total subs would be and the amount they would debit off my account. please do not refer this query to [Email Removed] i do not want to hear from them, these are the people that to me and never got back to me when they promised they would.
