Two contracts, one incorrect item

I ordered a micro sim, through Cell c call centre. In one day I spoke to two agent, the second agent I told him that I was not taking a contract I've already taken it with he first agent. He promised me that was not the case, the first call centre agent, was not in he selling department. To my surprise I was send two separate contract, not the micro sim as initially ordered. Called the customer care centre with no help, called in at one stage an agent kept me on hold while asking for help. Never got back to me. Now I have three contracts, which am suppose to pay for, for ther own incompetance. One of the call centre agent told me not to return the incorrect sim, cause it will cause cost them more, if I return goods back to them. Please I can't be paying for 3 contract's for someone's incompetence. Angry customer...
