Out of bundle rates, no warning

I have a 2 gig daytime data contract and pay R145. For the past two months I received bills of R600/R700, without any warning that I used more than 2 gig.

In fact, the website indicates that I have data left for both months. Vodacom refused to cap the data, but happily charge me exorbitant out of bundle rates. The website and the sms alert is faulty and I have no way of knowing how much data I have used.
