Slow internet from NOV 2012 still to Jan 2013

I first loged a fault with axxess in nov 2012 after making a big seen then only they make a plan to sort out your internet. Then you tell them that you have almost no download speed then they tell you you download to much. So i ask the world why do they offer uncaped internet if this is whats happening? I will never recomend axxess as an ISP they are not helpfull . the only time they will sort out a problem is if you want your money back then they sort out there problem so i say they are the worst ISP there is.
