I have been with axxess for a month and i totally regret my move.
Ive never had such slow unusable internet. I pay for a 2 meg line and it is so slow that i cant even do a speed test. Their support is totally useless. I have regretfully used bad language in my communication with them because i cant take it anymore!!! I have sent them test results as requested. On telkom i get just below 2 megs and on axxess i cant even run a test. They keep on responding to me that they have reset the port and if the problem persists send it another screen shot. They close the ticket after each response so nothing gets done. They also take up to 24 hours to respond if they even do. It is by far the most horrible company i have ever dealt with. I need to use expensive 3g so i refuse to pay for the lack of service. Last night i was on the telephone with their support for 2 hours. No luck because they are incompetent. The guy promised me reference numbers and feedback from telkom. The ticket was closed and i haven't received anything yet. So apart from all the money i wasted on 3g (which is way better) i have also wasted a phone call!!! All i want is a cancellation with a refund thats it
