IGNORANCE - FAILURE DEAL WITH THE BILLING PROBLEM

After spending more than R100 talking on the phone to Autopage and after sending multiple emails and visiting a branch Autopage has still not managed to solve my problem. Apparently Autopage is the only corporate entity that doesn't acknowledge emails as an official form of communication. It's good enough for court, but not good enough for Autopage.
I migrated my contract to a higher option. I was assured that I would receive 500MB of data pm. After 2months the 500mb still wasnt activated and I am still being billed for the usage in excess of my contract fees. The branch was of no use whatsoever. They passed the problem on to the next person etc etc etc.
I have now given up!!!
I cannot wait for the end of my contract so I can move to another provider.
