Breach of Contract - Shocking Administration

What an absolute DEBACLE we are experiencing with Altech Autopage Administration. For nearly THREE months we as customers have been trying to resolve this administration mess caused by incompetence on the half of Autopage!
Empty promises, SMS's, emails, promises of credits and so the saga goes round and round with no conclusion yet Autopage again put debits through so as to recover the money they believe is theirs to recover!!!
Brian Maleka of Autopage who is "trying" to resolve this mess evidently does not have the ability to do so however there is NO intervention or SUPPORT from management who just hide themselves away from this pathetic performance of what they believe is good customer service.
What has happened to "good corporate governance" within Autopage or is it that business is so good that you can treat customers with contempt and sub standard service levels??

I have given Autopage fair and ample time to rectify this mess which believe it or not they do not appear to know what they are doing other than artists at "smoke and mirrors" with no action or resolution.

Breach of contract by Autopage leaving me no option but to return debits and cancell contract.
