Billing Mistake - Horrible Attitude

Autopage Jbay's mistake, after forcing a contract on Mr. Geere that he did not want, which he then cancelled and they then transferred the unwanted contract to another Account Holder. With this transfer, they took all of Mr. Geere's accounts to the new Account Holder, which now sits with the contract Mr. Geere cancelled and all 3 his other lines.

After 3 months of checking bank statements every month&being told the problem would be fixed, Autopage Jbay have now threatened to cut off the 3 lines, if the full 3 months payments are not made today before 15:00.

Autpage Jbay's mistake, not Mr. Geere's, A loyal Autopage customer for years on end.

Their attitude stinks, and their service is pathetic. Please see to fix this problem asap. Mr. Geere does not mind paying their usage, they use to pay it every month before Autopage Jbay made this idiotic mistake. These are business lines, it's how they make their money, and for Autopage Jbay to decide that they will cut these lines because of Autopage Jbay's mistake, is pure bull.

They should keep their clients informed at all times&fix the mistakes they are responsible for&not blame the client. SHOCKING & RUDE!!!
