My internet service has been down for over 2 weeks and I have reported it to Telkom more than 4 times already, I keep getting promises to come fix the fault and given reference numbers which does not help me at all. Should they not get their payment they call quickly to remind you but they are way too slow to attend to our problems. I ask myself what am going to pay for this month if I have not been using their services? Is that a way of treating their clients or should we be looking to move our business to other service providers? Highly disappointed with their unprofessional responses every time I have to deal with them reporting my case. Got a call from their technician who calls only to tell me that he doesn't know when they will come sort out my problem, what assurance is that if I am paying? I am not getting the service for free, please assist
