I called in to the Vodacom customer care on 1 feb 2014 at 8pm to get the punk number and it didn't cum through. The problem arose when I called back at 8:17 on and spoke I a very rude arrogant consultant who was not patient at all it didn't even want to really seem to want to help. I got the punk number from him after a while but I'm just so appaulled at the rudeness Nd arrogance. I'm definitely going I cancel my contract with them am just becauSe of that one person who is a representative of Vodacom. Would gather move to a provider who is patient and willing to assist.
